Meet Our Fantastic Chef--Redha Kouchit

Redha Kouchit is a professional chef, familiar with the highest standards of service and cuisine. Born on the mediterranean coast of North Africa, Redha brings a unique blend of his heritage and culture to every recipe. Miguel's was recently awarded a three star AAA rating and a bronze medal from Tucson Lifestyle Magazine.

Upon graduation, Redha began his culinary adventures in Italy. His experience in Italy taught him that extraordinary foodstuffs are the foundation of the greatest restaurants. London was Redha's next destination . As London is a city of many cultures, Redha embraced many international cuisines including Thai, British, French and Latin.

Redha has made Tucson his home for over four years. With his extensive capabilities regarding international cuisine and his love of the culinary arts Redha welcomes you to his table!
